TradesPeople™ ("we", "us") operates tradespeopleinc.com. We collect the information you choose to send us, a small amount of technical information needed to run and measure the site, and nothing else. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you request a crew or contact us, the form asks for details such as your name, company, phone number, email address, the trade you need, the job location, the start date and any message you add. We use this to respond to your request, staff the work and keep a record of the conversation. Form submissions are delivered to our team by Formspree, a form processing service.

If you call, email or text us, we keep the information you share in the same way. Job seekers who apply through our career portal are handled by Bullhorn, our recruiting system, under its own terms.

The job title search

When you type a job title we do not already list, the search sends the text you typed to a verification service so we can confirm it is a real trade we staff. That service keeps a record of the search text and your IP address to prevent abuse and to limit how often it can be used. It does not receive anything else you enter on the site.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on iHeartMedia audio and streaming. To measure those campaigns, this site uses an attribution pixel provided by Magellan AI on behalf of iHeartMedia. It records visits to the site and when a request form is successfully sent, along with technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the page you visited. We use the results to understand whether our advertising works.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) automatically process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and block abuse. The coverage map loads map images from Esri, which receives your IP address when the map is displayed.

How we share information

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, as described above, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent it.

How long we keep it

We keep request and contact information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected] or calling 843-996-4786. You can also block or clear cookies and similar technologies in your browser settings.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
